Prep Like a Pro

Clear the area: Remove leaves, sticks, and debris.
Protect surfaces and decorations: Wet down areas and things you don’t want colored.
Even it out: Shift mulch or straw for uniform coverage.

Mix It Up

Mulch/Pine Straw: Mix ½ oz of colorant per gallon of water.
Grass:
- Light Green: 6–8 oz
- Medium Green: 10–12 oz
- Dark Green: 12–14 oz
Shake well, secure lid and pressurize sprayer.

Time to Spray

Test First: Try a small spot to make sure you love the color.
Spray Distance: Hold nozzle 6–8" away
Use 2 passes:

First: left to right
Second: up and down

Keep it moving for smooth, even color.
Overspray Rinse quickly with water.

Clean Up Crew

Empty any leftover spray in a safe area.
Rinse the sprayer thoroughly.
Fill with water and spray through the nozzle to clean it out.
Done Let it dry and store it for next time!

Dry Time

Mulch / Pine Straw: Dries in 12 hours, fully cured in 24 hours.
Grass: Wait 24 hours for it to dry, and 48 hours before pets or kids
